New Analytics App

The new Analytics App is a faster, more powerful reporting tool embedded directly in the Tradeshift platform.
Buyers gain access to a range of dashboards and reports, while sellers can gain insights via the Payment Predictor report. Users can run large-scale reports in seconds, explore platform activity through intuitive dashboards, and ask data questions using the “Q” feature for instant visual and text-based insights, all without needing technical expertise.
Visual Indicator for Partial Approval in Invoice/Credit Note Viewer

A “Partially Approved” ribbon has been added as a visual indicator in the invoice and credit note viewers, including support for the legacy viewer.
This enhancement allows users to easily spot documents that have been partially approved, improving workflow visibility and reducing uncertainty during the review process.
“ES No Sujeto” Tax Category for Spain

A new “ES No Sujeto” tax category has been added to the backend tax configuration for Spain, complete with the appropriate scheme and category IDs. This update enables Spanish suppliers to issue invoices that are not subject to VAT, ensuring legal compliance and accurate tax reporting. New feature | released June 30, 2025 Regional tax codes for Melilla and Ceuta have been added to the backend tax configuration for Spain, including ISPI rates of 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 4%, 8%, and 10%. This update allows Spanish customers to apply and report region-specific indirect taxes (IPSI), ensuring legal compliance and accurate tax reporting in areas not covered by standard Spanish VAT profiles. New feature | released June 19, 2025 As part of the BFR 2.0 compliance package, we’ve introduced a comprehensive solution across Company Profile, Invoice/Credit Note Viewer, and Document Validation to support suppliers who are not subject to VAT registration.
